This well established property Management Company has been run in the Murcia area for seven years. The owners have now moved to a different area and are still running the company, but have decided to concentrate their time on a business that is closer to them.

They currently manage 100 properties, each has an annual contract and pays an annual fee for key holding, then the owners choose from the services that the company provide as and when the need them and each service is then charged accordingly.

Most of the properties are based in one area on a golf course, but they have a few in other nearby areas.

Roughly a third of the cleints use the rental service and the management company provide the whole service. Other’s use theire properties for themselves and their families, and the management company can provide cleaning and laundry services as well as any other services needed.
