It is located in a central position with easy parking and has a range of annual, monthly and pay as you go members making it extremely popular amongst full and part time residents as well as holiday makers. 

Approached via a gate with intercom system, there is a small out side area which is currently unused and could be utilised further. 

There is a reception area with drinks vending machine, reception desk, chair and computer system. 

The mostly occupies one floor with a vast array of machines and equipment and a further mezzanine level with additional machines. 

There is a treatment room with massage bed and comfortable relaxing area. 

There is a shower room with shower WC and basin. 

The sellers are very concerned that staff or existing members are not made aware that the gym is for sale and therefor a non disclosure agreement will be required before further information can be provided. 

A new lease will be issued and the rent is currently 2100€ per month.
