A couple purchased this lovely Café bar at the end of 2019 and they intended to run it indefinitely. Sadly one of the partners passed away just prior to the Covid 19 outbreak. The other partner continued to run it after the lockdown but he feels he needs to move on, so has asked us to offer it for sale.

Internally there is about 65m2 and there are tables and chairs with seating for 20 people. The decorations are modern with concealed ceiling lighting and marble flooring. There are male and female WCs, which are fully tiled with white suites.

The is a high level storage space above the cloakrooms and a further lockable shared store cupboard outside.

The fabulous terrace is the real feature of this café, currently it is not completely utilised. There is about 60m2 in use at the moment but there is the option to double this, providing further dining or chill out areas. It is partly covered making it usable all year round and has parasols and a gazebo in the open area.

There is a five year renewable lease which is subject to a rental of 600€ per month and a terrace tax of 500€ per annum. There is also a community charge of 65€ per month.

This really is a great café and the scope for expanding the business here is huge.
