This Busy deli/café/ patisserie has been established for 12 years and enjoys a fantastic reputation.

It is located in an excellent position being just off the A7/N340 at Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia. in one of the most affluent areas of Europe. There are a number of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby but this is the only deli based café and consequently it is always busy and has a loyal and regular clientele who enjoy a real variety of foods from around the world but particularly Greek and Jewish Cuisine.

In addition to selling food to customers that eat on the premises, there is a huge number of regular take away clients – some of which spend between 100€ and 300€ per week on take away food. They also provide a lot of outside catering for parties and private functions.

It is located very close to the weekly Saturday market and the café runs at full capacity each Saturday.

There is a rolling lease with a rental of 1500€, but please be advised that the freeholder asks for 1 years rent in advance each year.
