Children’s Play Park, Fuengirola

This well known children’s play park has been established for almost 20 years in the same location.

It is 600 square meters in total and has play areas for children of all ages, including baby play areas, soft play area, bouncy castle, ball pit, climbing wall, climbing frames, rodeo bull, sit on rides and laser tag etc.

The two types of business come in from walk in customers or parties. There are various party options available ranging in price and size from 2 children to 120 children and there is a separate kids party dining area.

Food and drink are offered to adults and children and there is ample seating for 100 adults and easy parking outside.

In addition there are for sale items such as Popcorn and Candy Floss etc. as well as a Piñata and Mascot costumes (such as Mickey Mouse) for hire.

There are currently 5 members of staff who are all bi-lingual and would like to remain with the business.

There is a five year renewable lease which is subject to a rental of 2550 inclusive of IVA.
