The terrace is the main feature of this café, it is south facing and has beautiful views directly over the sea. It is around 30m2 in total and has tables and chairs seating around 25 people.

There will be a new 10 year lease which is renewable and is subject to a rent of 4300€ per month which includes community charges. The terrace tax is 1000€ per annum.
