On the lower floor there is a large storeroom with fridges and freezers. In the past it has been used as a private room for parties or dining. It has its own bar with brick face and timber front. The are two terrace areas, one is approximately 40 m2 and has retractable toldos (awnings) making it usable all year, it has tables and chairs for around 30 people and the other is around 12 m2 and seats around 12 people.

There is a 5 year renewable lease which will is currently subject to a monthly rental of 2200€ plus iva which includes all community fees.
