Located right in the very centre of Marbella amongst hotels, other cafes, bars, restaurant, shops and offices, this café really is lovely, It is just a stones through from the beach and has people walking past all day.

The reputation the café is excellent, with over 700 reviews it has a rating of 4.5 on trip advisor and is within the top 20 restaurants in Marbella, It also has a 5 star rating on Facebook.

The front door opens into the dining area, which has an ornate ceiling and a large painted mural taking up most of one wall. There is a large feature window providing plenty of light. The décor is modern, as are the tables and chairs, which seat around 22 people.

The bar has a chilled beer tap, drinks fridges, coffee machine, epos till shelving for bottles and glasses and further overhead for glasses. There are store cupboards for crockery, glasses and cutlery etc.

The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob and plancha, fridges, freezers, sink and dishwasher.

There are male and female WCs which are modern with white suites.

The terrace is immediately outside the front window and seats upto 8 people. There is also a vacant terrace on the opposite side of the road and the current owners have spoken with the local council, who have said this is available if required, subject to an additional terrace tax, this would seat around 20 people.

A new renewable lease will be issued, which will be subject to a rental of 1000€ per month plus iva.
