In order for Countrywide Property Group Spain SL to provide sensitive and confidential information this Non Disclosure agreement must be completed by any interested party, providing personal and financial information about to understand their circumstances.
Countrywide Property Group Spain SL will be unable to arrange viewings or provide any sensitive financial information unless this form is completed, signed and returned to our office.
I fully understand and agree that all information relating to the above business and supplied to me by Countrywide Property Group Spain SL will be kept strictly confidential. I also undertake to:
a). Only view the business with a prior appointment made through Countrywide Property Group Spain SL.
b). Not to make direct contact with the businesses’s owners, staff, suppliers, competitors or customers.
c). Not to pass on any information supplied by Countrywide Property Group Spain SL to any third parties other than my professional advisors.
d). Submit all Offers and conduct all negotiations though Countrywide Property Group Spain SL.
e). I further agree that if I should be a party to negotiations or actions which seek to preclude, or are contrary to the interests of Countrywide Property Group Spain SL as selling agents, then I will be a liable for any commissions which would otherwise have been due to Countrywide Property Group Spain SL.
