It is located in the lively high street of Fuengirola, measuring 68 square meters and 20 square meters of terrace with a  galley style commercial kitchen, fully equipped with an extractor. The bar has serving area, cold storage for drinks and an electronic cash register. It is air-conditioned against the sweltering heat in the summer and there are 2 WCs, one is disabled friendly. It is sold completely furnished.

There is a 5 year renewable lease which is currently subject to a monthly rental of 1600€ plus iva, which includes all community fees and terrace taxes.
