The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and is current unformed, it could be easily be used for storage or office space.

Additionally there is a terrace outside with space for tables and chairs seating around 25 people.

There is a 5 year renewable lease which is subject to a monthly rental of 1650€ plus iva.

Please note that one month’s rent, 2 months’ rent as deposit and one month’s rent as agency fee will be required. The terrace tax is currently 1200€ per annum.
