Fuengirola, situated on Spain’s Costa del Sol, is a vibrant coastal town renowned for its multicultural atmosphere and scenic beauty. There is a 5 year renewable lease which will is currently subject to a monthly rental of 1550€ plus iva and a community fee of 100€ per month. The terrace tax is currently 500€ per annum.
